Faith Builders Galatians

 Galatians 4 Paul uses Hagar and Sarah to illustrate the fresh and the promise. We are children of faith / promise when we believe. Same as Abraham.

Galatians 5:1-6  Stand firm! So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law. Also see Philippians 4:1

Galatians 5:7-12 We all run a race as Christians and it is like a marathon. Run well. We run individually. Avoid sin, it is like yeast in bread and will spread. You will get a prize from the Lord if you run well.

Galatians 5:13-15 The Holy Spirit is our compass to lead us in the right direction. 

Galatians 5:16-21  Linda is continuing our study in Galatians. We are looking at the works of the flesh.

Galatians 6:1-6  Believers should help those who are caught in sin, but carefully so that we do not fall into sin ourselves. 

Galatians 6:2-5 We need to carry each other's burdens and then we will fulfill the Law of Christ. 

Galatians 6:6-10 We reap what we sow. Galatians 6:8 - Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

Galatians 6:11-16 God makes us new through faith and gives us the freedom to live by faith. We do not live according to the Law of Moses because Christ's death is sufficient to save us.
